ESTRENO: My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark de Fall Out Boy

EYYY!!!

Voy a intentar ser breve con el post de hoy ya que AHORA MISMO acaba de empezar MI PROGRAMA: GRAN HERMANO!!! :D :D

Y me da taaaaaaan igual lo que me digáis, que si es una mierda, que sólo meten a canis y tal, pero a mí me gusta, quien lo vea bien y quien no pues ya sabe, mandito a distancia y que cambie de canal ;)

Voy allá con la canción de hoy: Estrenaco!!

MY SONGS KNOW WHAT YOU DID IN THE DARK DE FALL OUT BOY!!!

Yo siempre he sido mucho de Fall Out Boy desde sus inicios con Sugar, We're Goin Down (incluido en su tercer disco del 2.005: From Under the Cork Tree) y aquel clip con el hombre-ciervo, pero sin duda mi tema favorito suyo y con el que me conquistaron fue: Dance, Dance.

A este álbum le siguió un cuarto en 2.007: Infinity on High, con los singles que también me ennnncannntaron This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race (cuyo clip es una continuación del de Dance, Dance) y Thnks fr th Mmrs.

Tras un parón por medio, y el intento de carrera en solitario del cantante (Patrick) este año vuelven con un nuevo disco bajo el brazo: Save Rock & Roll.

My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light 'Em Up) (especialidad de estos chicos lo de los títulos eteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeernos en sus temas -.-) es un tema muyy potente y cuyo estribillo con ese grito me ha sonado MUY Adam Lambert O_O

En el video el protagonista absoluto es 2 Chainz. Sísísí, el rapero 2 Chainz! Al que vemos apilando cosas (e incluso algo de merchandising de la banda) con la ayuda de dos chicas para terminar prendiéndoles fuego.

Según he leído en los comentarios todo esto tiene su significado, y es que todo es una crítica a la industria musical actual, donde el hip hop predomina (será en América sólo, pero bueno), por eso aparecen quemando elementos relacionados con el rock. De ahí el nombre del nuevo disco (el de Save Rock & Roll), como reivindicando que vuelva (aunque suena un poco de subidos autoproclamándose como los que van a conseguirlo, pero bueno...)

Total, no sé cómo me ha quedado al final la entrada porque la llevo escribiendo como.. cosa de 2 horas y a trozos por culpa del programa XDDD
